Upgrade to phpBB 3.0.5

I (quickly) updated the boards to phpBB version 3.0.5. This version provides some additional features the CAPTCHA registration system to stop bot registrations and spam. And after todays spam incident, we need all the help we can get. Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the software.

I apologize for the spam. You should not have had to spend your weekend deleting spam messages. I am working on making sure that doesn't happen again. I have already implemented one additional spam fighting measure and an working on another right now. We should be well protected soon.

Luckily I did not have too many problems here. I think the internet had some issues this past weekend though. Another account I have had a lot of spam and it was completely unrelated to this account. The fun of computers I guess.
