Jedi Books

Post by Jedi Jin Su » Tue Jan 21, 2003 10:33 am

I have three Jedi books. I am interested in reading more about our current Jedi. I have One with Qui Gon and Obi Wan, I have one Rogue Planet with Obi Wan and Little Anakin and Approaching Storm with Luminara Unduli and Obi Wan. Are there any others I should look for? I know there is a Mace Windu one coming out in June.

these are the type of books I would like to get but I haven't gone to a bookstore in ages. I want to read rogue PLanet though. since the jedi are my favorite part of all star wars stuff.

It really depends exactly what you mean. If you're talking about the era around Episode 1 and 2, then I suggest the Jedi Apprentice series, which Rogue Planet is a book of. But what I would reccommend deeply is the New Jedi Order series that takes place more than 20 yaers after Ep IV

The Rogue Planet that I bought is not the same as the Jedi Apprentice series one that I used to have. I is about three times as big. I am not quite sure about it.

Obi Wan you would really like Cloak of Deception, it takes place right before TPM and Qui Gon is the main character. I like it a lot.

I never could get into Rogue Planet.I think it's because I don't Odi-Wan's character
Just because I am a Sith Queen does not make me evil.

Well it's not all Obiwan there, Queen Onna. Anakin Skywalker is there too.

A guy on my forums mentioned the Jedi Apprentice books. He said they were some of the bestbooks he's read and recomended me reading them. He said they take place before TPM. I've never heard of the books though, does anyone else know of them?

I have heard of them. They take place when Obi Wan was an Apprentice. I believe. I know that the book Cloak of Deception is before TPM but it does not say it is part of that series.

Maybe Amazon.com has more info?
